Responsibilities:

-Treat new and existing patients

-Follow NP prescribed comprehensive long term treatment plans

-Performs services and treatments

Including, but not limited to: Botox, fillers, laser procedures, nutrition, intimate wellness, IV infusions

-Sell retail products so patients can self administer and extend care at home

-Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.

Requirements:

About the Role of a Medical Aesthetician:

Illume desires a compassionate, skilled aesthetician to serve our guests. It is our goal to provide exceptional patient experiences with outstanding results. We believe personalized and well executed treatments along with at home skincare regimens are important to overall guest satisfaction as well as the improvement of overall outcomes of our advanced anti-aging therapies. The role of the aesthetician helps support that goal by guiding our patients in purchasing the best products and in office treatments for each individual. The  aesthetician will consult with clients to assess their overall needs, make informed recommendations, educate and explain services, assist them to select appropriate treatments and products, and ensure their care and satisfaction. The aesthetician will work directly with the advanced practice provider to ensure the safety of services with clients undergoing advanced level treatments. Both the aesthetician and advanced practice provider will work together to ensure superior treatments.

To maintain exceptional patient experiences, treatments should always start and end on time. Each treatment session should be free of interruption and cell phones should be in airplane mode during a session.  Treat every client in a courteous and empathetic manner and bring any potential concerns to the attention of the medical director. The aesthetician will refrain from sharing or discussing personal beliefs in regards to politics, religion, sexual orientation, or any other potentially polarizing topics.

The aesthetician will maintain and advance knowledge to promote and sell services and retail products. It is imperative that the work areas are clean and tidy, equipment is sanitized and linens are clean at all times.

This role reports directly to the practice Medical Director Jen Bullock, FNP. for issues regarding patients and treatments.

This role reports to the Practice Administrator Ben Chew for issues concerning product stocking, systems, equipment desires, processes, and marketing.

Requirements:

– OR State licensure to practice as an Aesthetician.

– Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.

– Comfortable with and proficient in sales.

– Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds.

– Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

– Provide facials, body treatments, and product application lessons.

– Adhere to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule.

– Welcome clients in a warm, friendly manner, accompany them to and from treatment rooms, and thank them sincerely on departure.

– Interview clients to obtain information about contraindications, and examine skin to evaluate the suitability of any treatments.

– Advise clients on skin care, recommending suitable spa treatments and home care regimens.

– Engage and converse with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.

– Maintain product knowledge to promote and sell spa services, and retail products.

– Adhere to aesthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage, cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance of equipment.

– Caring for linens and replacing them between sessions. Assist with washing folding of linens between clients.

– Cease treatment and inform a supervisor in the event of inappropriate guest behavior.

– Assist Office in answering phones and sales as needed.

– To perform all treatments according to license, state, or facility protocols and rituals

– Interact cooperatively and professionally with other team members to provide a seamless guest experience.

– Present a warm, gracious, and professional persona with coworkers at all times

– Adhere to a high professional image standard in dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle

– Practice the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation

About the Role of a Patient Coordinator:

The Front Office Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to all news client leads, and current clients while effectively maintaining front desk procedures including greeting clients, managing the client check-in and check-out processes, answering phone lines, calling leads, scheduling appointments, following up with clients post-procedure, managing in-clinic client flow, confirming appointments and addressing client questions.

This position also involves sales, working in collaboration with medical providers conducting client consultations to deliver the best products/services to meet client needs and deliver the desired outcomes.

This role reports to the Office Admin.

Requirements:

– Provide accurate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
