Jen Bullock, Illume Aesthetic’s Medical Director and has been featured in Rogue Valley Magazine, Locals Guide and a known thought leader for Candela Medical, she’s one of the top aesthetic FNP’s in the country. Her love affair with skin care and medical aesthetics began nearly 20 years ago.

She holds an advanced education in medical aesthetics including general dermatology, advanced laser aesthetics, an advanced injectables certification, regenerative medicine, functional health, and functional rehabilitation. She is always gaining new certifications for her and her team to achieve the best results possible for her patients.

Jen performs all advanced laser treatments along with ablative procedures, body contouring, wrinkle reduction, laser hair removal, and regenerative services at Illume Aesthetics.

Caring for others through the vocation of nursing is important to Lauren, who completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing immediately following high school. She joined the Illume team in 2018, shortly after its inception. “I was excited to move into medical aesthetics after completing several other nursing assignments over more than a decade. Working with Jen and the professionals at Illume has been an excellent path for me, as well as for my family.”

A pro at techniques like the “non-surgical facelift” and a master injector, Lauren is a big fan pre-juvenation, believing that starting treatments in your twenties and thirties will prevent you from needing more invasive interventions later. A self-professed perfectionist, she works diligently to ensure superior results by being very precise in her work and educating patients about the most effective ways to treat their concerns. Her specialties include lasers, RF microneedling, and dermal fillers—which she loves to place in the cheek area to achieve full-face rejuvenation, “As we age and the fat pads in the cheeks lose volume, it’s amazing how impactful a little filler can be in providing balance to the face. It’s very natural—your friends will notice the difference but won’t be able to figure out what you did.”

In her personal time, Lauren loves spending time with her friends and family, including her husband, two children, and their new puppy. They love the beach and enjoy driving through the redwoods to their favorite destination, Gold Beach, where they relax in the beauty of nature.

Personable, approachable, and detail oriented, Rae is a champion for her patients’ skin transformations. She is impressed by Illume’s commitment to the highest standards that parallel her own goals for patient care.

Rae completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Linfield College in Portland, Oregon, followed by student nursing at Legacy Emanuel Burn Center, where she cared for patients with severe burns and skin infections. This fueled her desire to pursue a career in medical aesthetics, where she could help everyone to achieve healthy, beautiful skin.

An expert in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, IPL photo facials, microneedling, body contouring, chemical peels, and DiamondGlow facials, Rae increases her skills with continuing education, keeping her on the leading edge of innovative techniques, treatments, and products. Her favorite treatment is cheek filler for its subtle, yet stunning results. “It’s so natural and discreet that people can’t figure out what’s different about you. They just know you look great!”

In her personal time, Rae loves to dance for fun and fitness, as well as enjoy outdoor activities, especially hiking. Her sweet cat, Dinky, is a cozy roommate with whom she loves to spend time.

Kind. Compassionate. Knowledgeable. Experienced. Denise’s patients describe her as all these things, appreciating the level of care and attentiveness they receive from her. By assessing patients’ skin types, discussing goals, and determining which issues need to be addressed, she carefully formulates treatment plans to accomplish desired outcomes. Denise is highly adept at administering injectables, skillfully guiding lasers, and expertly enhancing patients’ health and wellness with bioidentical hormone replacements. Continuing education and skill enhancements help Denise stay ahead of the curve, mastering the newest innovations and technologies in aesthetics. In addition to her nursing degrees and aesthetic certifications, Denise has completed a certification in functional and integrative medicine, allowing her to focus on a holistic approach to treating her patients. She tells her patients “Feel good about yourself. We are all beautiful. Focus on the things you love about yourself and build upon that.”

In her personal time, Denise enjoys spending outdoor time with her family: fishing, crabbing, hiking, and exploring National Parks. She also enjoys cooking and baking, especially for her two young boys.

With a passion for providing aesthetic excellence to her clients, Ella taps into her outgoing nature to connect with patients both professionally and personally. “I love spending time talking with my patients, because it gives me the opportunity to really get to know them and tailor my recommendations to meet their skincare goals.”

Ella loves performing microneedling, IPL laser, and chemical peels because she feels that they produce the most impactful results, though she also enjoys providing her patients with standard and DiamondGlow facials for relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-care. Professionally trained in basic and advanced aesthetics at Northwest Cosmetology School, Ella continues to grow her skills by learning about new advancements in medical aesthetics, technology, and products to elevate her patients’ results.

In her personal time, Ella enjoys walking her Bloodhound-German Shepherd mix, Thor. Staying fit at the gym and spending quality time with her family and friends are also important activities in which she loves to engage.

With a passion for providing customer service at the highest level, Sairah loves building connections with patients at Illume. “It’s so great to see patients when they come in for their treatments, and I am excited to see the amazing progress they are making. So many of them come regularly, so I get to really know them, which is the best part of my job.”

Sairah coordinates with patients and Illume’s team of providers to make sure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. With a knack for organization and with a drive to provide the best possible patient experience, Sairah has set up standard operating procedures to streamline the Illume’s systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent patient scheduling, post-treatment follow-up, and organization. She welcomes the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as Illume grows and evolves.

In her personal time, Sairah—a self-professed movie connoisseur—enjoys walking outdoors, playing guitar, reading, writing, and spending quality time with her partner. Her self-care advice for patients is to be consistent in a skin care regimen, even if it consists only of daily cleansing and moisturizing. “It makes a great difference in your skin!”

With her bright smile, outgoing nature, and friendly personality, patients are delighted that Kynzie is the first person they meet when checking in for their treatments at Illume. A natural at customer service, she enjoys her role in supporting both the patients and providers at Illume. “I was a patient first, and I loved the environment and how everyone supported one another, so when this position became available, I jumped at the opportunity to join the team!”

Adept at greeting and serving patients, Kynzie’s responsibilities include scheduling appointments, assisting with membership enrollment, providing skin care product recommendations to patients, and more. Kynzie is always on hand to contribute to the overall experience at Illume by making sure patients feel comfortable and nurtured—offering them a beverage and answering any questions they may have while they relax before appointments. She is excited about the growth at Illume and looks forward expanding her role in the future.

In her personal time, Kynzie enjoys participating in aerial gymnastics, crocheting, and spending time with her husband and their two hairless cats.
